Air General Traveler Services has been providing Meet & Greet services to passengers arriving and departing at Boston Logan International Airport since 2016. We are pleased to announce that beginning September 1, 2022 travelers arriving on international flights into Boston Logan International Airport can now be met by our Greeters at their arrival gate so that they can be escorted through immigrations and customs and assisted with their luggage prior to exiting the Customs Hall.
This is a welcome addition to the service our Meet & Greet Concierge team provide; previously they were only able to meet international arriving travelers outside the Customs Hall, coordinating with porters to assist with luggage inside Customs.
Our Greeters manage the entire arrival and departure process, liaising with ground transportation drivers, arranging for porters when needed, shopping, providing lounge passes and assisting with lost luggage as well as delays and cancellations. This new addition to the service is a full end to end experience for the traveler.
