For the past 10 years, Air General Traveler Services has provided bespoke concierge services to travelers at airports and train stations around the USA. We look after anyone who requires assistance to navigate the process of departing, arriving or transiting on a plane or train, and this includes all the bells and whistles – providing ground transportation, lounge access, a place to hold a meeting, shopping and even meeting passengers prior to making their way to the airport or escorting them to rental car facilities — we do it all!
